A THANK YOU NOTE

A huge thank you to everyone who worked so hard to clean up our church campus this past Sunday. I was so blessed to see so many people selflessly and faithfully giving of their time and talents to improve our facilities. There were so many moments of highlights where individuals went above and beyond and the result is extremely noticeable and so appreciated. A special thank you also to Rachel Ellis, Doris Kelley, Sherri Nelson, and Karen Williams who all worked behind the scenes in the weeks prior to organize, prepare, gather supplies and materials, and create a useful working list to make Sunday such a success. Doris. Karen. and Sherri carried those details across the finish line in the final week leading up to the event. I am always so grateful to be a part of this church community and Sunday was yet another reminder of why. I love you all.

-Pastor Nick

The vision of this year's "mission trip" is to work within our community, reaching those within a few mile radius of our location who are lost, lonely, local, and the least.  There will be no need for travel plans or hotel expenses, but rather a bold outpouring of our love and fellowship to those right here within our reach.  We will be engaging individuals upfront and personal.  Plans are in the works to partner with Belmar Baptist and Green Mountain Christian Church, both of which were excited about helping us plan out the areas of town and the people to whom we will be ministering.  As we seek to grow "long branches", let's put that goal to work and do it together.  We will provide updates on the plans for that 4-day period on a regular basis.
