Larry Linsenmaier, Lead Pastor

God’s love called me to Grace allowing me the honor to serve as our Lead Pastor. I am responsible for giving direction in creating, casting, and maintaining our core ideology and making sure that all of our ministries are aligned with that ideology. I am also responsible for weekend preaching and giving leadership and supervision to the staff. I am passionate about people and the favorite part of my call is to be able to share the Greatest News ever given with other people and then see the love of Christ change them. When I’m not working I love
hanging out with my kids, grandkids, and doing whatever I can to be around my hero, my wife Elma. We love movies, vacations, food, and friends.

Stephanie Vickers, Office Administrator

At the early age of 5 years old my mom enrolled me in dance classes and I developed a love for ballet, tap, and jazz. I also had a friend who was persistent in bringing me to church, but I never understood the need for Jesus until I had children. At that time, I knew there was something missing and began my search for answers. Today Jesus is my Savior, my life, and my salvation. In addition to my administrative duties at Grace, I teach dance to people of all ages at my studio “Step In Style.” I am able to see God's blessings every day with, and through, my 3 wonderful adult children and my amazing husband.

Kelly Gibson, Director of Children’s Ministries

Have you ever seen the hand of God move so dramatically that it truly leaves you amazed? It was a God thing four years ago when Michael and I and our four children were called to Grace Covenant. This happened as a direct result from the prayers of the faithful people of Grace, to minister through a Kids Club called AWANA. I grew up in the AWANA program and have been playing with and ministering to kids and teens for over 20 years now. I don‚t think that there is a greater pleasure in this life than to see people, tall ones and small ones give their lives to Jesus and then use their gifts & talents in Ministry & Service. It is an honor to serve you and your family as your children’s director and I would Love, Love, Love to meet you. So come on by.

Linda J. Schupp, Ph.D. B.C.E.T.S. - Counseling Ministry

I began life as an “accident”, so the first 10 months of life remains a mystery to me. However, in God’s eyes there are no accidents and I was adopted, while still a baby, by a loving Christian couple where I accepted Jesus as my Savior at an early age. As a teen, I had a passion for winning souls which ultimately led me to a Bible College, then into missionary work with Native Americans. Later in life, the Lord led me into the secular environment, where I worked as a writer/editor, Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist, career counselor, psychotherapist, and professional seminar speaker. For the last ten years, I’ve traveled the United States training health care professionals, pastors, psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, hospice counselors, Christian counselors, Police force employees, and other occupations who work with populations that experience trauma, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and grief/ depression. I am thrilled to now be a part of Grace and offer counseling services and seminars. I look forward to assisting you with any life problems you may be experiencing. Please feel free to contact me with any painful burdens, and with the Lord’s guidance, we will work through them together.

Doris Kelley, Business Manager

I joined the staff at Grace Covenant in 2006 as the part-time bookkeeper/accountant. My background is in accounting and I have held positions in auto dealerships, schools, and non-profit organizations. I was blessed to take a sabbatical from full-time accounting to become a care-giver to my lovely Grandmother. When she passed away in May of 2013, I had somewhat lost my footing and purpose. But it wasn’t to be for very long. The position of Business Manager opened up here at Grace providing me with more hours and greater challenges. I am back in the environment that I enjoy. God’s timing is always just right! I am married to my husband of 35 years, Rob. I have 3 grown children all married to wonderful spouses, and 7 grandchildren. >

Don Vickers, Worship Leader

Don Vickers trusted Jesus as his Savior and Lord in 8th grade. During his younger years, he took music lessons on piano, drums, and bass guitar. He also sang in the choirs at school and church. In 10th grade, Don took a college level course in music theory at Wheat Ridge High School, which prepared him for his future. He also studied Marx and Lennon…(Groucho Marx and John Lennon). Don disliked the modern classical music being promoted at universities, so he pursued a business degree at Colorado State University. During college, he picked up guitar and began leading worship and drumming for churches and Christian gatherings.
Don joined Grace in 2005, working in youth ministry and creating an outreach called Friday Night FriendZ (now led by Nathan Burdick). In 2007, he began leading two Sunday worship services at Grace. The first service consists of traditional hymns and older choruses, and the second service contemporary and trending worship songs. Don views himself as a “Musicianary”. In addition to working at Grace, he sings at daycare centers for children, senior care centers, and other area churches. Several music videos of his original songs can be viewed on YouTube. As a hobby, Don has done extensive studies on the Shroud of Turin and does educational presentations for schools, churches and gatherings. Although fascinated with the Shroud and Biblical archeology, he reminds people that our walk with God is about a daily personal relationship with Jesus, and not being a curator at a museum.

Nathan Burdick, Youth Minister/Missions Outreach Coordinator

The most important thing you need to know about me is that Jesus has utterly transformed my life. I chose to ask Jesus to save me at a young age, in Kindergarten. However, this was only the first step in my relationship with God. Over the years Jesus has called me closer and closer to Himself. As a junior in high school I discovered that Jesus cares to be part of my day to day life. In this time, my dad was miraculously healed from cancer and I experienced God, not as far off, but as near. In my sophomore year of college, Jesus taught me about intimacy with Him and my life has never been the same. I learned that my relationship with Jesus is a two-way street and that God is utterly satisfying. During this time God gave me a call out of Romans 10:14-18 to carry the Gospel and to encourage and equip others to do the same. To be both a sender of those who preach the Gospel and to be sent. Here at Grace, I lead youth and young adults’ groups as well as organize missions’ opportunities. I am also an Independent Itinerant Missionary; I travel 3 times a year internationally and 3-5 times a year domestically to preach the Gospel and equip others to do the same.
